How do I track my workouts?
Navigate to the Workout tab, tap "Add Exercise" to search and add exercises to your workout.
Log your sets, reps, and weight for each exercise. When finished, tap "Finish Workout" to save.
How do I log my meals and track nutrition?
Go to the Nutrition tab, select a meal type (Breakfast, Lunch, Dinner, or Snacks),
then tap "Add Food" to search and log your meals. The app will automatically calculate
your daily macro totals.
What are Volts and how do I earn them?
Volts are points you earn by using the app. You earn Volts by:
- Completing workouts (+100 Volts per workout, up to 300/day)
- Logging cardio activities (+50 Volts, up to 100/day)
- Logging meals (+30 Volts, up to 90/day)
- Maintaining workout streaks (+200 Volts for 3+ workouts/week)
You can use Volts to unlock premium features in the Store.
How do I update my fitness goals?
Go to the Profile tab, tap "Update Goals", select your fitness goals, and tap "Save".
Your macro targets will automatically recalculate based on your new goals.
Can I create custom exercises?
Yes! In the Workout tab, search for an exercise. If you can't find it, tap "Create a custom exercise"
and follow the prompts. Custom exercises are saved and available to all users.
How do I sync my data across devices?
Your data automatically syncs to the cloud when you're signed in. Make sure you're logged in
with the same account on all devices to access your data everywhere.
I'm having trouble logging in. What should I do?
How do I view my progress and statistics?
Navigate to the Progress tab to see your workout history, personal records, trends,
and insights about your fitness journey.
